#Osaka Attractions When it comes to Japan's Kansai region, many people's first reaction is USJ in Osaka, Odeka in Nara and Arashiyama in Kyoto. But after several trips to Kansai, I found that there are actually some places that have not been discovered by tourists and are equally worth visiting. The first thing I recommend is the area south of Osaka. Stay at Hakosaku Station for half a day and go to Satomi Park to feel the sea breeze in the Hannan area. Directions: It takes about 45 minutes to take the train from Kansai Airport to Hakosaku Station in Hannan. Remember to check the train schedule in advance using Google Maps. After getting off at Hakosaku Station, be prepared to walk 2 kilometers to Caspian Park as taxis are almost impossible to get here. Most of the tourists are locals driving to the beach, so the journey is really quiet. Satomi Park is a narrow prefectural park about 2 kilometers from east to west, spanning Hannan City and Misaki Town. "Caspian Sea" means that people and the sea are integrated and close to each other. Whether you are taking a walk in the green nature or enjoying beach sports with the sea breeze, it is very pleasant. A variety of activities are held here throughout the year. Tamaco Egg Shop The photos show Tamago Nara, Dashimaki Tamago, Tamago Kake Set Meal, and Mini Parfait Ice Cream 😋 If you order rice, you can eat as many raw eggs as you want, and I ended up eating four 😋 Including the Dashimaki Tamago and the parfait, I think I ate about 5 or 6 eggs. Haha You can also get refills of rice, and large portions are available. We parked at the parking lot of Wanpaku Kingdom right in front! It's quite confusing, so be careful not to get lost 😂 I passed by the first floor. Haha

Yamanakakei Station is full of cherry blossoms. It is a small rural town with few tourists. The cherry trees grow next to the train tracks. There are many photography enthusiasts taking pictures on the platform. It is relatively quiet and there are not many restaurants. The public restaurant in front of the train station is run by an elderly couple. It has a strong old-fashioned atmosphere and is a good choice. From Osaka Umeda, take the JR (Osaka Loop Line) and you can reach Yamanakakei Station directly in about an hour without changing trains. It is very convenient.

Just a 25-minute drive from Kansai International Airport, Yamanakadani is located in Hannan City at the border of Wakayama Prefecture. It was an important post station on the Kishu Road during the Edo period and still retains its nostalgic streets. Since the 1960s, a large number of cherry blossoms have been planted, and now there are about a thousand Somei Yoshino and Yamazakura cherry trees. You can enjoy them both inside and outside the JR Hanwa Line Yamanakadani Station. The route along the line is a cherry blossom forest road, and at night the lights are turned on for night cherry blossom viewing. A 6-minute walk from the station will take you to Jifukuji Temple, which also has weeping cherry trees that are recommended.
