It’s really super niche, there’s no one, no one, but it’s really beautiful. Snow-capped mountains, streams, lakes, and lawns are all there. It's a dream camping site. You can drive directly there. It's simply too perfect. 🍂 I stayed there for 2 nights and saw no more than 10 people! Wuxuhai is a lake in the middle of a mountain range at around 3800 metres of altitude. With the region still in the process of opening up, the lack of signal and the poor roads makes this an empty haven. No people, no distractions - just hours of natural hiking trails surrounded by yaks, horses, and mountains. Heading out early will allow you to enjoy the sunrise surrounded by mist and nature. Then, when you’re done - grab a ride into one of the local villages for some yak soup and other local delicacies/ Tibetan culture.
