It takes around 15 minutes—possibly longer if there are many visitors—for the soft cookie to be brought to your table. Besides the chocolate cookie, we ordered apple crumble and a Sena latte, which is an iced latte with a hint of matcha. We were also tempted by the French crepe and quiche lorraine, but we had already been indulging in a culinary tour all morning. We could only eat half of the chocolate cookie on the spot. But that's the best part; I finished the rest at midnight without reheating it, and it was still delicious. The apple crumble, served with a creamy topping, melted in the mouth.
