Probably because there are no tourist attractions nearby, there is no need to wait at all even if you come at 2pm on a Saturday. There are only 6 seats in the store, so it should be a family-run store. The boss is very friendly and kind. The desserts here are all reasonably priced. This time I ordered the Matcha Kaki Ice special, which includes all the ingredients. The ice is more traditional, not as fancy as those in new ice shops. The matcha flavor is quite strong, and the strong tea ice cream as an ingredient is very delicious. The bracken cake is very large, soft and smooth, and should be sprinkled with a little soybean powder. The candied red beans are not too sweet. Overall, although it is not extremely amazing, it is also very satisfying. The point is, when I was halfway through the meal, I just felt cold, and the boss brought me a cup of hot green tea, saying it would be good for the body. Compared to some ice cream shops that not only don't prepare warm water but also force customers to order hot drinks, the service here is very touching. During a trip to Tokyo, I missed Kyoto ramen so I went to Mitsuyoshi 🍜 At this Kyoto ramen shop near Unoki Station, I ordered the white tonkotsu ramen (850 yen) and the special oyster ramen with char siu topping (1,150 yen). Tickets are purchased in advance from the vending machine and are cash only. The first bite of the white ramen was very delicious, but as I continued to eat it, it somehow became less exciting...
