Beautiful island with beautiful scenery worth every penny to visit and explore. The road to every spot was very adventurous but its very worth it. Its raining for awhile when we arrive at Broken Beach around half an hour and then we continue our journey. Their tour guide was very experienced and they take care of us. This time in Bali, besides enjoying the sun and beach life, I fell in love with the sunsets here! The sunsets over the sea are always the most beautiful, with the sun glowing in golden hues, illuminating the entire sky and ocean, and creating a romantic atmosphere on the nearby beach! During this trip to Nusa Penida, I lay on the beach and admired this beautiful sunset, which became a wonderful memory of my time on this island! On this island, you can also see Bali's highest volcano, Mount Agung, with its unique evening glow! It made me reluctant to leave! I highly recommend everyone to visit Bali and not miss this place!

It takes about 40 minutes by speedboat from Sanur Port, and you can even visit this remote island as a day trip from Bali 🏝️ A friend of mine from Indonesia told me that Diamond Beach is stunning and absolutely worth visiting, so I decided to check it out ☺️ Although snorkeling is famous here, I can't swim, so I skipped snorkeling and instead visited Diamond Beach and Kelingking Beach before returning to Bali on the same day ☺️ For those who enjoy snorkeling, this island is a must-visit as you might encounter manta rays! Both Diamond Beach and Kelingking Beach are incredibly beautiful, and you could gaze at them forever ✨ However, it does get crowded with people taking photos (haha). Booking a tour from Bali is the easiest option!! The package I chose included hotel pick-up, speedboat reservations, and transportation on Nusa Penida (I traveled by motorbike), all for 1.2 million IDR ☺️ There are many guides who speak Japanese, so even if you don't speak English, you'll be fine!! You can contact various tour companies via Instagram DM, and it's okay to communicate in Japanese!

2D1N “healing but hectic” trip – full of views, stairs, and sore calves If you’re planning a quick escape from Bali and think, “Let’s go to Nusa Penida for some peace,” let me warn you: your soul will be healed, yes—but your legs will never be the same. 🛳️ Day 1: Caught the 6:30am ferry from Sanur Port (tip: the sunrise at the port is stunning and makes waking up at 4am almost worth it). Landed at Banjar Nyuh where our supir—booked all the way from Malaysia—was already waiting and plot twist: not only does he drive like a champ, know all the best spots, he also takes banger photos (is this love?) First stop: Diamond Beach 💎 The view? Magical. The way down? A stairway straight to leg-day hell 10/10 would risk my knees again. Then headed to Thousand Island Viewpoint + the famous Tree House, where the views were incredible, but my thighs were on strike. At this point, I accepted that paradise comes with a side of glute burn. Legs = crying. Eyes = blessed. Then we checked in at The Sandat Bungalow— a dreamy little hideout with only 4 huts and a pool. Gave countryside chic, gave peace and quiet, gave me a much-needed lie down. Dinner at a nearby cafe—delicious, cozy, and thankfully within crawling distance. 🌞 Day 2: Started with a relaxing breakfast at the huts and momentarily believed I was meant for island life. Then off to the big names: ✨ Kelingking Beach 🌊 Broken Beach 💧 Angel’s Billabong Every stop was stunning, slightly terrifying, and perfect for “please don’t let me fall” content. Our supir? Still snapping fire shots like he’s moonlighting as a content creator 😂 Finally made our way back to the jetty, returned to Kuta sunburnt, sandy, and walking like I just ran a marathon… backwards.
