The first room I went to was the Hill Suite, a duplex type, and the entrance was on the upper floor, so it was a little difficult because there were stairs, but the outdoor Jacuzzi and coffee machine and tableware set for cooking made it a good experience for family trips. The massage I received with a guest discount seems to be a great and attentive service. The room service menu was also good, but it would be nice to be able to choose one or two menus that are a little less greasy because they are sandwiches and burgers. The location is in the village, so I had to go carefully down the narrow road, and there is a sea view, but it's different for each room, but it wasn't an open view, so it was a bit disappointing. Amenities provided Jo Malone and Dyson products for the hair dryer! It was a really expensive pool villa~ There was room service, but since we were traveling, we bought food outside and ate~ I visited in the winter, but luckily, the jacuzzi had really warm water, so we even used the jacuzzi!! Bayhill Pool & Villa provides really great service! I highly recommend this pool villa☺️

This is my first time coming to Jeju Island! Stayed in this hotel with my wife! This room type is a honeymoon suite! Once we arrived the hotel staff had picked us up at the parking lot! Local freshly squeezed orange juice and cookies are also served instantly! Check-in was completed in less than 10 minutes! Staff quickly sent us to the door of the room! Parking is available outside the door! He was very attentive to introduce the room, the use of each location! Hope the above photos can help you! The room was ideal than expected!
