It feels more like a complex cultural space that's still under development rather than a shopping mall? There aren't many stores, but it's spacious and quiet, so it's actually nice and relaxing. The best part was the ocean view from the rooftop. The breeze was cool, and the ocean spread out in front of you filled the wide open view. Especially at sunset, the view with the sunset was pretty great. I was also satisfied that it wasn't crowded, so I could quietly enjoy that moment.
