It takes 1 hour to walk up and down without stopping. You have to bring water with you. You should go up from the path with the school because it is less steep. The other side has only stairs, which is suitable for going down. There are many ways to get there, but the best way is to take the 856 bus from Jiufen. However, since it is a weekday, the bus comes every hour, so we chose to take a connecting bus. We took the 791 bus from the gold mine.
