Hello, I'm not good at languages at all, but I'm a glamorous person who doesn't buy tours and wants to travel by myself as I please. From the reviews of many people, Singapore is the most worth visiting country for someone who is not good at languages like me.
Traveling here is very convenient. There is very good public transportation that covers the whole city, so you don't have to worry about getting lost. Just open Google Maps or walk, which is just as convenient, but it's a bit tiring. 🤣
We went for 2 days and 1 night because we had very limited time, but all the landmarks are close to each other or just take a bus or MRT for a short while and you'll be there.
As for the food, the taste here is delicious, but it's not as spicy as back home. Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is very delicious! The chicken is juicy.
Bak kut teh is also great. I followed the famous restaurants that received awards and didn't disappoint.
As for the cost of living, as we all know, it's very expensive, but compared to the price of airfare, I think it's no different from other countries where the ticket price is cheap. Because in other countries, the ticket price is cheap, the food is cheap, but the transportation is more expensive. For anyone who is thinking of traveling abroad by themselves Please let Singapore be one of your choices. It's clean, safe, modern city, and the people are super friendly. The more they know that we are Thai, the nicer they will be to us.
Note: The whole trip, we used the Utrip card to pay only for the MRT, bus, and food. It's very convenient.
