The buses run quite frequently, and if you change at Bondi Junction, you can arrive quickly. As you go down the road, the moment when the sea suddenly spreads out ‘salty’ was really nice. The houses visible through the alleys before arriving are also cute and pretty, so the walking is quite enjoyable. The gentle downhill road makes your body feel light, and the sunlight is warm. As you get closer to the beach, the sound of the waves and the salty smell seep in. It is quiet and not crowded, so it has a different charm from the bustling Bondi. Even if you don’t have a specific purpose, just walking along this road is a healing place. 📍 Recommended Route: Bondi Junction → Bus 360 or 339 → Get off at Clovelly Rd and walk for 5 minutes 🕰 Time required: Approximately 30-40 minutes from Sydney city center ⸻

#JuneTravelSupport ⸻ 🌊 Clovelly Neighborhood Review (Sydney) Clovelly is a small, quiet residential neighborhood on the eastern coast of Sydney, and it feels more like a place where people actually live than a tourist destination. Houses are built right up to the beach, and most of the people are locals jogging or walking. The overall atmosphere is quiet and organized. Clovelly Beach is calm and narrow, and has a U-shape, so it is safe for swimming or snorkeling because there are almost no waves. It is a perfect atmosphere to just lay down a beach towel and stare blankly. It is surrounded by rocks and concrete on all sides, so it feels like a natural swimming pool. There are a few cafes and restaurants, but it is far from the downtown area, so it is much easier to get around if you have a car. Instead, it is the best neighborhood to experience Australian daily life without the noise. Recommended if you want the peace of a coastal town away from the city.

Itinerary DAY 1： - arrived at accommodation. Staying in somewhere near the rocks is an amazing area that has easy access to so many amazing things - Sunday markets at millers point. Great food and cool souvenirs - walk from markets to the opera house. Really nice views and shops along the way - Go visit Benny the seal. He is usually lying at the steps near the back of the opera house when the sun is out. - Wingstop for dinner. Long wait but food is nice especially since it is the only one in Australia DAY 2: - Wake up early and walk from Bondi beach to Coogee beach. The walk is long but beautiful so it’s totally worth it - Get fro yo after the walk at Yo-chi. It’s super yummy especially after a long walk - Get an uber to the art gallery. It was much more impressive than I anticipated. Super big and so much to see. - Walk over to the museum. Nice exhibitions. Also stop at the cathedral on the way to the museum it is quite nice. - For dinner went to a place called flight club. Super nice vibe and you can play darts there. Food was also very tasty. They also have a fun disco music telephone booth at the entrance where you call a number in the phone booth and it plays different songs. Very cool. DAY 3: - Shopping at Westfield. Quite a lot of shops. - Visit china town - Explore the botanic gardens. They are huge and very nice. Nice views of harbour bridge and opera house too. - head to observatory hill for an amazing sunset 🏨 Accommodation - Millers point Waterview share house. Plenty of space and amenities. Not super duper clean but it’s still fine. Great location and a very nice place overall if you’re not too picky and on a budget. 🍴 Food Recommendations - Flight club -Wingstop 📌 Tips - If you stay in a convenient location in the cbd you will have a much nicer and more convenient time in Sydney

Getting There - there are a few bus options to Bondi or Coogee area, take whichever is suitable from your location! Attractions - Beautiful views throughout the coastal walk Food & Restaurants - make sure to stop by Costi's Fish and Chips at the start or end or your walk! delicious! 😋

#sydneytrip A cliff top coastal walk, the Bondi to Coogee walk extends for six km in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. The walk features stunning views, beaches, parks, cliffs, bays and rock pools. The beaches and parks offer a place to rest, swim or a chance to eat at one of the cafes, hotels, restaurants or takeaways. Most beaches offer picnic shelters, play areas, kiosks, toilets and change-rooms, Tamarama, Bronte, Coogee and Maroubra have free electric barbecues. The Bondi to Coogee coastal walk is a medium grade urban walk but there are some steep gradient paths and several staircases along the track. There are rest stops with great views and seating along the coast. It takes about two hours to complete the Bondi to Coogee Beach section of the walk and another hour and a half if you choose to continue to Maroubra. Although an urban walk the Bondi to Coogee walk is open to the elements, please make sure you wear comfy shoes, bring a hat, sunglasses, sun screen, water and in colder weather wear appropriate clothing.

The two hours train is all worth it. The smell of salty breeze, waving sound, bustling noise, and the stickiness of my gelato melting on my hand. The best combination to form a great memory. I still can't believe how blue the water is, and the walk from bondi to coogee is the part I love the most. I mean, along the walkway, this beautiful scenery never went away.
