📍 Braud Cafe Bali Visit Review Braud Cafe, known as a popular spot for croissants in Bali! It was close to my accommodation near Seminyak, so I visited during the morning hours. The exterior of the cafe has a modern and minimalist vibe, and the open kitchen style allows you to watch the bakery process, which was quite entertaining. The quality of the displayed bread looked excellent, and there were so many varieties of croissants that it was hard to choose. I ordered an almond croissant and a latte. The croissant was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with a rich and sweet almond filling that was quite satisfying. The latte had a good balance as well ☕️. They also had a separate brunch menu, including open sandwiches and egg dishes, making it a good spot for a light meal. The interior of the cafe was spacious and comfortable, with cool air conditioning and strong Wi-Fi, so I noticed some people working on their laptops. The price is slightly higher compared to local standards, but considering the quality of the bread, it’s reasonable. While wandering around Seminyak in Bali, I stopped by Braud Cafe for breakfast and brunch 🥐. From the entrance, the aroma of freshly baked bread was irresistible. Inside, the open bakery style and cozy ambiance were delightful ✨. The display was filled with a variety of bread, including baguettes, croissants, brioche, and more. They seemed freshly baked, warm, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside! I ordered a ham and cheese croissant along with a latte. The croissant was generously filled with ham and cheese, and the flavors were perfectly balanced without being overly salty ☕️. Although the cafe was quite busy, the table turnover was quick, so I found a seat easily. The staff were friendly, making the experience even more pleasant. Every time I went to Bali I always stopped by at braud.cafe in Kuta. The delicious pastries and beverages makes the traffic here always busy, especially in the morning because the ambience is very comfy to have breakfast.
