Honestly, they were so addictive! I loved the mix of regular and purple sweet potato—they gave the snack a unique Okinawan twist. We also tried the salt soft serve made with Okinawan sea salt. That balance of salty and sweet was unexpectedly good, especially in the hot weather. Inside the shop, there were so many exclusive Calbee snacks you can’t find outside Okinawa. The packaging was super cute, and we grabbed a few souvenirs for friends. It’s not a huge shop, but service was prompt and the staff were friendly. I had the Poteriko Salad for 310 yen. It was freshly baked Jagariko and I prefer it to regular French fries. It was really delicious. They also sell Okinawa-exclusive brown sugar chips, which seem good for people who don't like purple yam tarts or chinsuko. It was a bit difficult to get around the store because it was so crowded.
