Used to be my favorite hotel BUT NOT ANYMORE AFTER MY MOM GOT SO TRAUMATIZE WITH THEIR CLEANERS It use to be my favourite hotel.. but not anymore after them not helping my mom to open the door my son got locked up and they cant respond to this type of emergency i went to the pharmacy to get some stuff and then when i rushed back to the room my mom is cyring neither one of the cleaning staff was trying to help her. WORST of handling emergency. Spreading this bad news to everyone to be very careful they said even though my mom is crying and terified they cannot open the door for security purposes even though its under her name.
