The color of the soup is a deep brown, typical of Tokushima. It is a pork bone soy sauce ramen.
The pork bones are boiled until they become mushy, and it is so rich that it makes your lips sticky, and the soup has a strong pork bone color.
The egg is moderately half-boiled and has a strong flavor, which is quite good.
Overall, it is a high-level, standard pork bone soy sauce ramen.
This is a recommended bowl for those who want to eat high-level Tokushima ramen, not for those who want to eat typical Tokushima ramen.
