Later, I met up with friends and went for Vietnamese barbecue, which is apparently called bun cha. It's quite famous, so reservations are a must! Vietnamese barbecue is healthy and easy to eat. You dip the meat into a sour soup or sauce, which adds a unique flavor. As for banh xeo and fresh spring rolls, I personally found them underwhelming. Maybe they taste better at other places! Be careful with banh xeo, though—it’s huge! 🤣
