𝘿𝙖𝙮𝟰: Datong surrounding area 🔸Hanging Temple It is built on the mountain, with the temple body hanging on the steep cliff. The whole temple seems to be attached to the cliff. From a distance, it looks like a flying bird perching on the rock, which is breathtaking and amazing. 🔸Yingxian Wooden Pagoda The Yingxian Wooden Pagoda is not built with bricks, but with wood. Linfen may be known for its past air pollution, but many people may not know about it... It is a tourist base town for the Yellow River Pingkou Waterfall. It is connected to Xi'an by high-speed rail, so it is easy to travel. When I got off at Linfen Station, I was greeted by a beautiful blue sky high in the sky, which was refreshing. There was no sign of the city's efforts to improve air pollution, and the blue sky spread throughout the sky during my stay. I felt like I saw a ray of hope for a solution to global climate change. When the weather is this good, I naturally walk more and get hungry. I "found" a restaurant that satisfies my hunger! All-you-can-eat lamb shabu-shabu, which I love! The inside of the restaurant is much larger than you would imagine from the outside, and all kinds of different dishes are all-you-can-eat! They also have sushi! I tried my best to get a variety of dishes, but only some of them. They also have a wide selection of fruits, desserts, and drinks. Needless to say, I went there every day during my stay. The outside looks like a McDonald's, and this mark caught my eye, so I found it! ☺

I've been to Shanxi three times in one year; it truly is a treasure province. Shanxi is definitely more than just Datong. It’s quite stunning and worth a visit. 🧡Dongyue Temple, located at the top of Baishan Mountain, has few tourists. The carvings of Leizhenzi and heavenly soldiers are incredibly lifelike. 🧡Day 3️⃣: Hukou Waterfall Hukou Waterfall is divided into two scenic areas: Shanxi and Shaanxi. You must visit the Shanxi side to see the Yellow River roaring up close—it’s truly breathtaking. The Shaanxi side is a bit farther from the river and doesn’t offer that immersive experience. 🚗Transportation: Fly✈️ or take the high-speed train🚅 to Linfen. It’s recommended to rent a car locally since the distances between attractions are quite far. We rented one for about 80 yuan per day. 🍚Food: Almost no disappointments, prices are cheap and portions are generous❗️
