Walking through the zoo is easy, with lots of rest areas, food kiosks, and playful corners like splash zones and play areas. Despite it being a popular time of year, the zoo never felt overcrowded thanks to its spacious layout. The African Plains exhibit is one of the stars – watching giraffes and zebras in their open wilderness benchmarks heart-warming. 🦒🦓 It is downright spectacular when strolling on the Kaziranga Forest Trail, particularly with elephants. 🐘 The zookeepers are very knowledgeable and give interesting facts at feeding times. Educational and entertaining! 🍃 Following the zoo, walk around Phoenix Park: it is huge and offers a laid-back atmosphere. This would be ideal for a picnic or simply enjoying the Irish greenery. 🌳 When it comes to refuelling, the Zoo’s Meerkat Restaurant is a great place and lots of picnic areas around for those who want to prepare their own snacks. The gift shop boasts a wide assortment of cute animal- themed souvenirs for both young and old. 🛍️ For families, couples or animal fans Dublin Zoo is something for everybody to make a pleasurable day out.
