They will slice the duck skin until it is thin and crispy, not fatty, and fragrant with the aroma of grilled lychee wood. Eat it with the very thin dough, some of which are unbelievable. The side dishes include pickled lychee in the restaurant's special recipe, minced garlic, cucumber, spring onion, eaten with sweet sauce, giving a different taste, delicious, well-balanced flavor.
You can choose one menu for the duck meat. This time, I chose the duck with gravy because it was unique, the taste was well-rounded, the duck meat was soft, eaten with crispy fried wide noodles.
The dim sum was very good. The shrimp had springy shrimp meat. I recommend the steamed dumplings, fried taro, fried shrimp tofu skin, shrimp and roast pork rice noodles.
The dessert is similar to fusion mango sticky rice. It's a soft mango pudding with the right amount of sweetness. Eat it with sticky rice coconut milk ice cream, it's delicious.
