My first time skiing in my life! I bought a 4-hour pass for the beginner and intermediate slopes, which turned out to be more than enough. As a first-timer, I fell quite a lot, and my energy was quickly drained. Luckily, there was a membership promotion—buy three passes and get one free—which made it even more cost-effective. Before entering, beginners can rent protective gear. There are ski shops and vendors offering rentals. I rented a set for 30 yuan, which included knee pads and hip protectors. I tried the Little Bear Trail and the single-board practice area. The Little Bear Trail has a gentler slope compared to the practice area and is slightly longer. Personally, I found the Little Bear Trail less crowded. Although I went on a weekend, the crowd was not as overwhelming as I had imagined. There were no long queues for entry, renting clothes, changing outfits, or getting on the magic carpet. I opted for a same-day round trip via high-speed rail. First, I took a one-hour high-speed train from West Kowloon to Guangzhou South. Then, I took a taxi directly to Sunac Snow Park, which took about an hour and cost around 100 yuan.

All the local shops still accept coins and banknotes, so you can use it. But, but, but, they only speak Chinese, no English, no sign language. The hotel is conveniently located near Guanzhou Metro Station, making transportation super easy whether you take a taxi or the subway. Plus, the surrounding scenery is gorgeous, and it's not far from attractions like Haixinsha and Canton Tower, making it super convenient for sightseeing. 🏖️ Recreation facilities so fun you won't want to leave! The hotel's recreational facilities really surprised me! The gym is fully equipped with treadmills, dumbbells, and more—I worked out there every morning and felt so much more energized. My favorite part was the pool: the water was crystal clear, and the view by the poolside was stunning. Floating in the water while gazing at the blue sky and white clouds was incredibly relaxing. There's also a huge jacuzzi—soaking in it washed away all my fatigue from the day. 🛌 Stay experience, with super thoughtful details! The moment I entered the room, I was captivated by the floor-to-ceiling windows. Drawing back the curtains revealed a breathtaking view that instantly lifted my mood. The room was cozy and well-decorated, and the bed was so comfortable—I sank right in and slept like a baby. Another nice touch: the toiletries were from premium brands and felt great to use.
