The celestial Wangcheng, the foremost Jiugou in Yimeng. The Wangcheng scenic area is located 40 kilometers northwest of Yishui County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, with the main part of the scenic area distributed on Ji Wanggou. It is a national AAAA-level scenic spot and one of the top ten cultural industry projects in Shandong. Legend has it that more than two thousand years ago, in 256 BC, King Nan of Zhou, the last king of the Zhou dynasty, Ji Yan, was captured by the Qin state, and the Zhou kingdom was destroyed. After the country was broken and the family was ruined, Ji Zhao, who was 42 years old, led the remnants of less than a hundred people to flee northward, coming to Ji Wanggou, which was called Xi Dagou at the time. Taking advantage of the dangerous geography and dense forests of Ji Wanggou, he defended against enemies and reorganized his forces. He entrenched himself on Ji Wanggou for 26 years, building the Jinluan Hall, but ultimately died of depression due to the overwhelming power of the enemy.
