HEH A contemporary Australian dining restaurant owned by Chef Oat from the Top Chef show. Our favorite menu item is the charred broccoli. We ordered it as an appetizer. The stems were soft, but the broccoli leaves were crispy. How could they do that? It was so delicious. We recommend you try it. The restaurant serves dry-aged fish using high-quality ingredients, mainly from local sources (Phuket and Phang Nga, or nearby provinces).
