After a trip to Okinawa, my friends kept asking me where to eat and have fun. If you are going to Okinawa for the first time, you may want to refer to this itinerary guide. If you are going for three days and two nights, you can delete the areas you don't want to go to. If the trip is longer, I recommend going to Nago and Nakijin in the north. First of all, I personally recommend Senagajima Sea Breeze Terrace. If you have half a day, you can go here to drink coffee, eat, or even stare blankly in the open air to watch the planes take off and land. It is also great for taking pictures. The famous happy pancakes have a long queue. I missed it twice when I went to Okinawa. It is recommended to get a number and queue up first, and then go to the surrounding area to explore and take pictures. Day1: From Taiwan to Naha, China Airlines, EVA Air, Tiger Airways, Peach, and Thai Viet Jet are mostly late departures and late returns. Arrive on the first day and take the monorail to stay in Naha City. It is recommended to stay in front of the prefectural office, Miebashi, or Makishi Station. After checking in, you can go to Kokusai Street to have dinner or supper. Most stores are open until 10 pm and Yatai Village until 12 pm. Hidden in the alley of Heiwa-dori, Hanagasa Shokudo is a restaurant that I plan to visit again when I return to Okinawa. It is called a restaurant, but it is actually a small cafeteria. The kitchen staff and the people who take orders and serve dishes in the front hall are all Okinawan grandmas. This cafeteria has been here for nearly 70 years. I didn't meet the founder grandma this time, but I ate the bitter melon stir-fried assorted set meal (ゴーヤチャンプルー) that I had been thinking about. This dish is actually very simple, with cotton tofu, eggs, bitter melon, and onions, but it is a flavor that witnesses the history of Okinawa. In the past, Ryukyu experienced China, Satsuma, and the US military to self-government. It used a Chinese wok and stir-fry method, added Okinawan tofu, US military SPAM luncheon meat, and Japanese bonito flakes to enhance the flavor, which is equivalent to condensing history and food culture in this plate. In the set meal, you can choose festive red bean rice, white rice, and soft brown rice. Finally, there is a small bowl of delicious red bean soup to end the meal. In addition to fried bitter melon, there are more than ten kinds of dishes to choose from, such as pork feet, Okinawa noodles, and fried pork cutlets. It is worth mentioning that the lightly sugared black tea provided by Hanagasa Shokudo has been with Okinawans for nearly 70 years. The tea in the store also cooperates with beverage manufacturers to make large bottles of beverages and sell them in supermarkets and convenience stores. Unlike the main streets bustling with tourists, this was a spot where you could feel the "true face" of Okinawa! I love places like this, where you can get a glimpse into the lives of local people. #DomesticTravelRecord Senbero is amazing after all. This was my first time at senbero. Before it was cheap, the interaction with the staff was amazing. It was fun. Nowadays I don't get to talk to staff very often, but Naha is amazing. I was able to talk to staff as much as I wanted, it was fun. The first place I went to was a shop in Heiwa-dori Shopping Street. Apparently they're open until 4am. There were tables made from beer crates. The food is also delicious. There are toilets, so please do check it out. 📍Location: Yuraku Yokocho

#Overseas travel In Japan, Okinawa feels like a separate Jeju Island! So there were a lot of Japanese people, and especially a lot of Westerners seemed to come to visit. When I came to Kokusai Street, which was full of Japanese atmosphere, I looked around each store and time passed quickly ㅋㅋ 💙 In particular, the vending machines that are unique to Japan made me want to just get a drink and drink it 🇯🇵 I was able to take various pictures on the wall with Pikachu drawn on it!🫶🏻

Looking for an izakaya without Koreans? 🙋🏻‍♀️ A small izakaya located in a back alley of Kokusai Street! I happened to walk by this place and it looked like an izakaya I had imagined. I had a conversation with people I had never met before and had a toast together! The owner, Mi-chan, is a teacher who teaches the traditional Okinawan instrument, Sanshin, and the regulars are Mi-chan's students, so they are great at singing and playing Sanshin.👍🏻 You don't have to order any side dishes, just have a beer or a glass of Okinawan sake with the otoshi (basic side dish and seat fee).
