New Attraction near Ipoh! Getting There - via self drive, parking are abundant & foc. Ticket price: RM 10 per person. This ticket price is van shuttle to take you into 5 different stop/checkpoints. Attractions - there are 5 checkpoints at which at each checkpoints you will learn about Gaharu/ Agarwood plantation & its products. Food & Restaurants - you can taste the weird but surprisingly good Gaharu ice cream here! #springitinerary Today, let me introduce you to the Agarwood Hill Tea Garden in Gopeng — it’s definitely not what you’d expect from a usual tea garden like those in Cameron Highlands! This garden is full of agarwood trees and features three main scenic spots plus a specialty shop. When you arrive, you buy your ticket and then take a shuttle to visit the three main spots. 1️⃣ Viewing Stage & Hilltop Cafe From here, you get a breathtaking view of the entire Agarwood Hill. There’s also food and drinks available, perfect for snapping photos and enjoying the scenery. (Check out the 4th photo!) 2️⃣ Hugging Park Here you can hug the agarwood trees — it’s said to bring good luck! The tree trunks are painted with cute animals, great for photo ops. You can also buy little tomatoes to feed the turtles nearby. (See the 5th and 6th photos.) 3️⃣ Lover’s Park Just down the stairs is a rainbow staircase perfect for pictures and the famous “Lover’s Tree.” There’s a small fish pond too. From here, you can walk back to the specialty shop. ⚠️ Important! The path back includes an iron-plated walkway that can get slippery when wet, especially in the morning or after rain. My friends & I visited last month ago. It's a great place to unwind. Entrance fee is RM10 and u get to hop on a van with a friendly driver cum guide who explains abt the valley. They have 3 pit stops where u get to view the place. They have a cafe, mini museum & souvenir shop too. They open at 9am and it's best to start early for those who prefer to avoid the morning 🌞. Wonderful retreat to all who enjoy greenery & cool breeze. A must visit if you r new to Ipoh! Highly recommended place to visit and gain so much of knowledge during your tour #favouriteitinerary

Gaharu Tea Valley is a beautiful and photogenic place. It takes only two hours to drive from Rawang. The ticket price is only RM10 per person. Just buy the ticket at the counter and you will get a free pack of tea leaves. You can also enjoy the charter service. There are three stops. When you reach the highest stop which is the first stop, enjoy the cold weather. You can stay as long as you want. The van will pick you up from time to time. At the last stop, we can also walk down the mountain by ourselves. Highly recommend Gaharu tea, which is very refreshing. You can also try its ice cream. This place is definitely a stress-free place surrounded by nature.
