Hidden Gem in Fukuoka Nakasu! Personal Experience at Sokei Hotel
This time, I chose to stay at "Sokei Hotel" in Fukuoka Nakasu, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise! Tucked away in the bustling alleys of Nakasu, this boutique hotel may appear understated from the outside, but stepping into the lobby instantly immerses you in a warm wooden ambiance and artistic vibes, completely redefining the typical image of Japanese business hotels.
Although the room is only about 20㎡, the designer cleverly uses mirrors and lighting to create a spacious feel. The hand-painted Mount Fuji wallpaper above the bed is a stunning highlight. The most impressive feature is the bathroom with transparent glass walls and floor heating lights, making nighttime baths feel like you're floating under the starry sky. The location is also unbeatable—just a 3-minute walk to Nakasu-Kawabata Station and 5 minutes to Canal City Hakata. This time I chose to stay at the "Mountaintop Resort Hotel" in Fukuoka, and I was completely conquered! The hotel is located on the commanding heights of Nokonoshima Island. When you open the window, you can see the magnificent panoramic view of Hakata Bay. The sea of lights in the city after nightfall is even more intoxicating.
The guest rooms adopt a fusion of Japanese and Western designs, with natural wood tones and earth-tone soft furnishings to create a healing atmosphere. The most amazing thing is the private open-air bath, where you can enjoy the unbeatable sea view while soaking in the hot spring, instantly washing away the fatigue of the journey. Breakfast is enjoyed in the rooftop sea view restaurant, where fresh seafood and local cuisine are paired with an excellent view, a double enjoyment of taste buds and vision.
The hotel has a rich variety of special activities: in the morning, you can participate in guided hiking to explore the native plants on the island; in the afternoon, you can arrange a canoe experience to observe the flying seagulls up close. The staff are familiar with local information and help plan a half-day tour itinerary. Even when renting bicycles, they are considerate enough to prepare children's safety helmets.
It is only a 15-minute boat ride from downtown Fukuoka, but you can enjoy the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, this resort is definitely a paradise for healing travelers!

This time I chose to stay at the Candeo Hotel Il Cuore Namba in Fukuoka. The overall experience was beyond my expectations! The hotel is located in the heart of the Tenjin business district, and it is a 5-minute walk to the Tenjin underground street and Hakata Hankyu. It is super convenient to go shopping. Even the suitcase can be dragged directly to the hotel, saving time and effort.
Although the room is not big (about 20㎡), it is very delicately planned, clean and comfortable, the bed is moderately soft and hard, and the sleep quality is good. The most special thing is that the bathroom adopts a dry and wet separation design, the space is used just right, the toiletries are complete, and there is free Wi-Fi to meet basic accommodation needs.

This time I chose to stay at "The Blossom Hakata Premier" in the center of Fukuoka. The overall experience was far beyond my expectations! The hotel is located in the Tenjin business district, a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station, and its transportation convenience is unmatched.
The room design is modern and light luxury. Although the area is not particularly large (about 25㎡), the layout is square and the lighting is sufficient. The most special thing is that the bathroom adopts a dry and wet separation design, and also provides free hair dryers and shampoo products. The quality is obviously better than that of ordinary Japanese hotels. The most surprising thing is the open-air bar on the top floor of the hotel. Although the night view is not as spectacular as that of high-rise buildings, it is suitable for a drink and relaxation after work.
The service is excellent. The counter staff can speak fluent Japanese and English, and the check-in and check-out efficiency is extremely high. Although there are not many breakfast options, there are both Japanese and Western basic styles, and the taste is quite satisfactory. The geographical location is definitely the biggest highlight. After exiting JR Hakata Station "Chikushi Exit", the author easily found the hotel. The lobby is on the second floor, and the check-in procedure is fast and efficient.
Although the room is not large (about 16 square meters), it has a reasonable layout, good soundproofing of the windows, and you can enjoy the lights of Hakata Station at night, and the atmosphere is comfortable. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and curry rice and scrambled eggs are especially recommended. Although there are not many varieties, the quality is good. The hotel has complete facilities, free Wi-Fi, laundry and gym. It also provides luggage storage services, which is very considerate.

**[Must-see in Fukuoka! Experience at Tokyu Hakata Superior Hotel]**

This trip to Fukuoka chose the Tokyu Hakata Excel Hotel in Nakasu, which was really beyond expectations! The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from Exit 1 of Nakasu Kawabata Station on the subway. There are convenience stores, Don Quijote, and Ichiran Ramen nearby, making shopping and food super convenient.
The guest rooms are simple and modern in design, spacious, comfortable beds, and a large bathtub for relaxing bathing. However, some rooms have fewer plugs, which is a bit inconvenient for travelers who need to charge devices. Breakfast is enjoyed at Keyaki Restaurant, which has a wide variety of options, and the river view seats are a plus, but unfortunately there is no freshly ground coffee.
The service staff is kind and attentive, and the check-in was smooth. Ichiran Ramen Head Office and Hakata Nada Eel Rice are recommended nearby, which are within walking distance. The only small drawback is that some rooms have a smell of smoke and the air conditioning cooling effect is average.
Overall, the Tokyu Hakata Excel Hotel has an unbeatable location and high cost-effectiveness. It is suitable for independent travelers and will definitely stay again!

Fukuoka Garden Cafe where you can feel the Japanese summer 🌿
#SummerTravel
It's a small park, but it's nice to take a quiet walk, and the sunlight sparkles through the green leaves, so the entire garden is a photo zone, but the one right in front of the ticket booth is especially pretty, so I recommend taking a picture there! You can also experience a matcha tea ceremony, and Sumiyoshi Shrine is right next to the garden, so it's good to see them together, so if you want to feel the green summer of Japan and heal, this is the place to go.. 💚

Fukuoka Garden Cafe where you can feel the summer of Japan
It's a small park, but it's good for a quiet walk, and the sunlight is shining through the green leaves, so it's a photo zone all over the garden. Especially, the front of the ticket office is so pretty that it's recommended to take a picture there! You can experience matcha tea ceremony, and there is Sumiyoshi Shrine right next to the garden, so it's good to see together. If you want to feel and heal while feeling the green summer Japan, where is this place? 💚

Fukuoka|Recommendations for yakiniku restaurants with high CP value👍🏻
I didn't make a reservation at nikuichi, so I was introduced to this sister store by the staff!
You can eat delicious yakiniku for less than NT$1,000 per person🤤
I like its small private room seats, the environment is clean and comfortable!
The beef is tender and the cold noodles are refreshing and delicious👍🏻 There is also a Chinese menu on the tablet~
