I went for a day trip to Tokachigawa Onsen, where you can enjoy the moor hot spring, a rare spring quality even in Japan. There are many facilities that offer day-trip bathing in the afternoon, but Daiichi Hotel Hosyu-tei and Toyotei are among those that open relatively early. This is the last post about Seijakubou🫶 Breakfast was served in the same venue as dinner, but we had breakfast in a semi-private room~🥢 The menu for dinner was written in a small book, but the breakfast menu was also cute with illustrations!!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Pre-meal juice🥛🍎🍅 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We had a little bit of milk, apple juice, and tomato juice, and the tomato juice was really delicious...🤤 The tomato juice is called "Nishipa's Lover" and it was really good. It was super sweet, and the most delicious tomato juice I've ever had...!!! 〜〜〜〜〜 Japanese breakfast 🥢 〜〜〜〜〜 There were lots of small bowls lined up with side dishes to go with the rice, and I got excited the moment I saw them〜🥹 The white rice cooked in a pot was delicious, and of course I ate it all!!! It is not only a breeding base for dairy cows and heavy stallions, but also a vast grassland. As soon as you walk in, it feels like you have entered the world of "The Little Prince" or Ghibli animation. The most amazing thing is the birch forest road (white birch and wood) leading into the ranch. The entire straight road is lined with birch trees. The trunks are as white as snow, shining softly under the sun. It is one of the classic photo spots in Hokkaido.

The fugu chiri nabe and Obihiro beef fillet steak were especially amazing 🤤 The fugu was plump and flavorful, and the steak was not only tender and delicious, but the red wine-infused mustard sauce was absolutely divine!!! (Sorry for my lack of vocabulary) Fugu is such a luxurious fish that you rarely get to eat it unless you're at a hot spring inn, so I was thrilled!!! (I think it’s been 5–6 years since I last had it 😇) After dinner, we took a photo in front of a hollowed-out tree at the entrance of the dining area 🪵. It was so large that it looked like you could step inside! After dinner, I strolled around the inn, bought some chips to enjoy with beer in my room, and headed back 🍟.

Introducing the large bath at Tokachigawa Mall Onsen Seijakubou~📷 All rooms have an open-air bath, so the large bath was often empty🙆♀️ My room had an open-air bath, and I was always in the open-air bath, so I only used the large bath twice, but I really liked the hot springs in the large bath~🤤 ------ ⚫︎Indoor bath It was a long, vertical bath, large enough for about 20 people. The source temperature is very low at 26℃, so it was heated to about 41℃, which was just right◎ The water was transparent but black, which was unusual, so it was visually enjoyable to be in it. ⚫︎Open-air bath It was a square bath, spacious enough for about 5-6 people!!! This one was also about 41℃, but since it was winter, it felt great to be in the hot spring while being blown by the cool breeze. ⚫︎Sauna🧖♀️ A spacious sauna that can easily fit about 6 people🪵 There is a bucket filled with water inside the sauna, so you can enjoy a loyly sauna if you like!!! There is also a cold bath with a water temperature of about 15℃ next to it, so you can relax in the open air bath by going from sauna → cold bath → open-air bath~ ⚫︎Dressing room For skin care, we used Sekkisei, just like in the room, and the hair dryer was also Refa!!
