The family room has a queen size and double decker beds for the kids which they really like. The room is small but clean and comfy. Staff was welcoming and helpful from first day we arrived. Breakfast was good enough with different choices of food. There is a small pool and the kids loved it. Hotel is very near to Patong beach about 3 mins walk.
