🌿 Day 1 – Arrival & Slow Start ✈️ Landed in Bangkok mid morning. Collected the rental car right at the airport. 🚗 Smooth drive to Khao Yai — about 2.5–3 hours, no rush, just enjoying the views. Stopped by 7 Eleven to grab snacks and foods to enjoy during road trip. 🏡 Checked in at Together Khao Yai. Love the beautiful design — cozy, clean, and peaceful. ☕ A simple day to unwind. Just checked in, relaxed, enjoyed the room, had coffee and cakes at a nearby cafe. No special plans, just settle in. 🍇 Day 2 – PB Valley Winery Day 🌤️ Easy morning with hotel breakfast. 🍷 Headed to PB Valley Winery — a must-visit in Khao Yai. With entrance fees, you get to try red wine (or grape juice if you prefer). 🍇 Wandered through the vineyards, enjoyed the fresh air, took photos, and just slowed down. 🛍️ Grabbed some local wine and snacks from their shop to bring home. 🍽️ Leisurely dinner back in town — plenty of local restaurant, we had thai stir fried street foods. 🛍️ Day 3 – IKEA & Back to Bangkok ☀️ No rush morning — breakfast, check out slowly. 🚗 Drove toward Bangkok with a stop at IKEA Bang Yai, the largest IKEA in Southeast Asia. 🛋️ Walked around the showrooms, grabbed some small home items, and of course, meatballs + Thai milk tea combo. ⛽ Drive back to Bangkok Airport to return the rental car. ✔️ A simple, relaxed 2 nights weekend trip before exploring busy Bangkok— nature, wine, good design, and no rush. Every time I come to IKEA Bangyai branch, I usually come to eat or use my privileges. Only for IKEA FAMILY members, tell the cashier that 1 card gets you 2 cups, be it tea or coffee.
