[The Four Little Dragons of the Reservoir World ~ Jinshan Country Park🐒]
In the hot summer 🥵 and want to hike what to do? Of course, the first choice to walk the reservoir 🏞️ 😃, and today I want to introduce you to a very suitable summer hiking route, it is known as the reservoir world four little dragons 🐉 Jinshan Country Park 🤗
Suggested tour route👇
Tai Po Road --> Kowloon Reservoir Dam --> Shek Li Pei Reservoir --> Kowloon Receiving Reservoir --> Kowloon Sub Reservoir Dam --> Chang Yuen Road --> Tai Po Road
So what is special about this route😚?
Kowloon Reservoir 🏞️
First of all, the first stop will come to Kowloon Reservoir, this reservoir is the largest area of the four reservoirs, and its main dam is also the most characteristic of the four reservoirs 👍, the arc dam is quite photo-able 😃, I still think this dam is a little like the river back reservoir introduced before 🤣
Shek Li Pei Reservoir 🏞️
After leaving Kowloon Reservoir, turn left into the mountain road and walk up for about 10 minutes to come to Shek Li Pei Reservoir😚, this reservoir is the only one of the four reservoirs not named after Kowloon Reservoir😯, that's because there used to be a resident of Shek Li Bei Village🏘️, and after the reservoir was built, the original residents of Shek Li Bei Village moved to Shek Lei Estate in Kwai Hing😉. There is another attraction of this reservoir, that is, the water in the reservoir is green ga😍, maybe related to the water level of the reservoir, with the blue sky and white clouds🌤️ is particularly eye-catching🤩
Kowloon Receiving Reservoir 🏞️
The third stop will be down to the Kowloon Receiving Reservoir, this reservoir is the smallest of the four reservoirs and is the least characteristic 🤣, the view is not as good as the other 3 reservoirs, you can quickly walk through when to this visit 😎
Kowloon Sub-Reservoir 🏞️
The last reservoir of the journey is the Kowloon Sub-Reservoir🤗, standing at the dam position can also overlook the sea view across Lai Chi Kok, and there are some 190-year-old historical buildings on the dam can be photographed up close 📸, but not as spectacular as the first step Kowloon Reservoir dam 😄
Monkey Kingdom🐒
I came to Jinshan Country Park, and of course I have to mention the main character here 😆, Jinshan is also known as Monkey Mountain, the number of monkeys 🐒 here is really the number in Hong Kong one☝️, more than Shing Mun Reservoir, mainly concentrated on the starting point of the hiking trail on both sides of Tai Po Road, but remind all friends ⚠️, when passing his house do not open the backpack 🎒 / carrying plastic bags ah 🙈, because there is a chance of them thought it was food over to grab ga😣
Wentong: You can take KMB bus No. 72/81 at Prince Edward Station🚌, get off at Shek Li Pei Reservoir Station and walk forward for a few minutes and turn into Jin Shan Road to start today's journey😉
