#DomesticTravelRecord I wanted to eat crab at the end of the year, so I went to Echizen in Fukui Prefecture to eat crab. I went for the first time last year, and it was so delicious that I went again this year. The Echizen crab tag adds a touch of luxury, and the meat and roe from the fine crab are amazing. The crab miso, white rice, and miso soup that I had at the end were the perfect combination. Apart from the crab, the sashimi, fried food, and seiko crab were all delicious. Because it was in the Hokuriku region, we were able to see snow, so it really felt like winter.

📍 Kani Kanitei Main Branch, Fukui A recommended restaurant where you can eat exquisite seafood dishes♡ The restaurant has a stylish and luxurious atmosphere🫣The sashimi platter includes about 10 types of fresh sashimi, all of which are really delicious, so you can't go wrong by ordering this😋 If you add a rice set, you can have as much rice and miso soup as you want🍚 And my top recommendation is the "Gama shrimp sashimi". Gama shrimp (Echizen shrimp) are said to be a mythical shrimp, and are even sweeter than sweet shrimp and are super delicious🦐🤍🤍 1,800 yen for 14 shrimp is an incredible deal🤣🤣🤣💛💛 I wonder if I could double it? It's so good that I think!!
