Got obsessed with lovely sauces love yaa
Not so spacious, but with really middle East feeling, and the chef is come from Mediterranean Sea I guess lol haaa
Chicken stew, bone-in chicken, potatoes, and green peas having the color of curry,we a bit worry will it be too spicy cause both of us can't have spicy things haaa, but it turns out nice and special taste, I especially like the soft texture of green peas haa, chicken quite tender too not bad, such a good try
Salmon steak including lemon, drill with Bechamel sauce, the sauce is amazingggg, how lovely is ittt, yuummy and you can simply add it in any dishes and its just way too wonderful haaaa, strong milk cheese flavor my number one favorite, I extremely wanna find a recipe and make it myself haa, and I go searching in the internet, it looks easy to cook with simply 5 ingredients including butter, flour, milk, salt and freshly ground pepper, must try in coming days, I still missing the taste haa best sauce I tried in this meal!!! Tried other meditterean restaurant, the taste is wonderful too so impressed haa
Octopus, slow braised in sea water, finished in a hot pan with lemon, garlic, Oliver oil, cumin and oliver, the texture of octopus is super cute, not so thick but tender and soft even the taste not really my favorite, but impressed by the texture haa, just right in the middle
Classic Platter including 3 different sauces first sauce is Hummos, this is classic Mediterranean dish, silky smooth chickpea puree with sumac and Oliver oil is the best of those three sauces, creamy and rich flavor, second best compared with the salmon Bechamel sauce haaa, but still good, we can't finish all dishes cause too much for us laaa, so many fat insides the dishes saddd haa
Baba Ghanooj, charcoal grilled Italian eggplant, mixed with bell pepper, Italian parsley, pomegranate and Oliver oil, I'm not quite with this sauce, more like mixed taste of vegatables lol, just a bite is ok for me ha
Truffle Hummos, Italian flair, chickpea puree with black truffle and Oliver oil, as always, my favorite is truffle haa, though not so outstanding but not bad, the texture is nice with bread or platter
Such a good choice when you wanna try something new, not always pasta or Japanese food, here will be a good option for you, yummy food, only bad thing is a bit crowded space lolll And you'd love the lovely sauces Bechamel!
