We booked our flight tickets on Trip.com. Day 1: We flew from Schiphol Airport to Milano Malpensa Airport. Upon arrival, we dropped off our luggage at our accommodation first. From the airport, you can take the Metro to the city center. We bought a 2.20 euro ticket which allows unlimited metro rides within 2 hours. After checking in, we took the metro to Duomo to explore the city. As soon as you exit the station, you'll see the iconic Milan Cathedral, Duomo di Milano. Nearby, you can walk to Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and stroll around the area. Don't miss trying some Italian cuisine. Day 2: We bought hop-on-hop-off tickets which took us to various important landmarks. You can get off at different spots to explore and then wait for the next bus. Make sure to visit Sforzesco Castle. Nearby, there's a beautiful park and you can also walk to see Arco delle Pace. Day 3: On our last day before flying back, we visited Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper and the Leonardo da Vinci Museum of Science and Technology. In the evening, we took the metro to the airport and flew back to Amsterdam.
