The popular "Mermaid Coffee Roasters" from Tokyo's Meidaimae and Ikebukuro has now arrived in Sapporo✨ Their mermaid cups adorned with cute illustrations are not only Instagram-worthy but also offer a serious coffee experience. You can sample all their coffee varieties and choose from 8 single-origin options. You can select between bitter and mild flavors, and they even offer oat milk as an alternative. The open space with high ceilings creates a sense of freedom, and the second floor features cozy seating where you can relax barefoot. Open from 8 AM, it's perfect for a morning coffee during your travels. Their baked goods are delicately sweet and pair wonderfully with the coffee🍪

I tend to visit a lot of coffee places and even more so when I find out about speciality coffee shops. This is amongst the few few ones that actually offer you free coffee tasting. They serve samples of their manual brew coffee together with the beans on a table in the middle so customers can try in a little glass and decide which bean they should order. I love that! They have you whiff the freshness of the grind before they make you the coffee. I love when people take that sort of interest and offer such inclusive experiences. It's got a lot of varieties. To those new to this game, I would recommend picking something light. I tried a double fermented coffee bean from china. This a perfect cafe for coffee enthusiasts or people who love the world of coffee. A place for very good speciality coffee. They let you sample the single origins and blends. I came here for breakfast as well. So the food too is worth recommending. The toast was fluffy and chewy and the hard boiled egg was done perfectly with a jammy yolk. The highlight is the coffee though as this place pays great attention to the quality and the process. The staff are all super friendly and provided excellent service. The came to my table to let me smell the ground coffee before they brewed it. These things show passion and interest. One of my favourite coffee spots in sapporo! #japantrip #sapporo #coffeelovers

The shop is located in Tanukikoji 1, near Nijo Market. The interior decoration looks bright and beautiful in Japanese style. On the ground floor, you will find a long counter and seats. On the mezzanine floor, there are seats for a quiet corner. There are 2 types of coffee: strong coffee and fruit coffee. But there are many coffee beans to choose from. You can taste it before ordering a real cup. This makes the coffee taste delicious and satisfying. Another highlight is that the shop staff are very friendly. When leaving the shop, they will walk you out and wave goodbye. They do this to every customer.
