Novotel Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit 39 is one of the most cost-effective hotels in Bangkok. It is only around HKD500 per night in the peak season, and the price even includes breakfast. Although the hotel is far from the railway station, it is located in the Little Japan area, and the public security is relatively good. The point is that this hotel room can be said to be an apartment! The place is very large, and there is even a kitchen. There are two cooking stoves, so if you really want to cook, it is no problem.
