#summervacay After visiting Yamanaka Castle Ruins, a quick three-stop bus ride brought me to the Mishima Skywalk, Japan's longest suspension bridge, stretching 400 meters! The place was packed with visitors, and the ¥1,200 entrance fee felt a bit steep. This bridge is famous for its panoramic views of Mount Fuji in the distance and Suruga Bay below. I took a public bus from Lake Ashi in Hakone using the Hakone Free Pass! The free pass gave me a slight discount on the admission fee to this skywalk. However, there aren't many buses, so I recommend checking the timetable carefully. On a clear day, you can see Mt. Fuji, but there were some clouds so I couldn't see it. Mishima Skywalk in Mishima City, Shizuoka Prefecture It is a 400m suspension bridge. When the weather is good, you can see Mt. Fuji beautifully. There are activities and cafes to enjoy at the end of the suspension bridge. The Mishima croquettes near the parking lot are also famous, so I tried them.
