Marrakech ✨: Jardin Majorelle & the World of Yves Saint Laurent
For fashion lovers, art enthusiasts, and cultural travelers alike, a visit to the Musée Yves Saint Laurent Marrakech is a highlight in any Marrakech itinerary. Located near the iconic Jardin Majorelle, this trio of sites — the YSL Museum, the Berber Arts Museum, and the Majorelle Garden — offer a beautifully curated experience of Morocco’s visual, botanical, and cultural legacy.

🌿 Jardin Majorelle
This vibrant cobalt-blue botanical garden, originally designed by artist Jacques Majorelle and later restored by YSL and Pierre Bergé, is one of the most visited spots in Marrakech. It’s calm, colorful, and filled with exotic plants and water features.

🎟️ Entrance Fee: 170 MAD
⚠️ Tickets sell out quickly, especially during peak seasons. Booking 4–7 days in advance is highly recommended.
🏺 Pierre Bergé Museum of Berber Arts
Located inside Jardin Majorelle, this museum offers an insightful collection of Berber artifacts, jewelry, textiles, and history, giving cultural depth to your visit.
🕗 Open daily 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (last entry at 5:30 PM)
🎟️ Combined with Jardin Majorelle: 230 MAD
🎟️ Combined Ticket Option
If you're planning to visit all three, there's a combined ticket available for 330 MAD — it’s the most convenient and value-packed choice.
✍️ Personal Tip:
I had hoped to visit both Jardin Majorelle and the YSL Museum, but only the museum had same-day tickets available. It was still well worth it — the exhibits are immersive, thoughtful, and elegantly presented. For Jardin Majorelle, definitely book in advance to avoid missing out!
Be There Early so as to enjoy better, there are longer queues especially during afternoons.
