I went at sunset, and the waves reflected in the sunset were so beautiful that I couldn't take my eyes off of them. Walking on the bridge with no obstructions in any direction makes my heart feel open,, I recommend going at sunrise or sunset. There are no trash cans along the way, so it would be better to take your own trash with you. It feels like a nice walking path around the ocean. My heart melted when I petted them and they rubbed their faces and acted cute. This place is small, but there are many cute cafes, so it was fun to look around.
