Namtok Haeo Lom waterfall in Chumpon turned out to be one of those places that proves photos never tell the whole story. I almost skipped it because the pictures on Google Maps made it look underwhelming, but my friend insisted we check it out - and thank goodness we did. In real life, the waterfall is stunning, with a very powerful water cascade that photos completely fail to capture.
We were pleasantly surprised to find just a few local families enjoying the spot, no crowds whatsoever. The jungle surroundings create this peaceful, almost magical atmosphere. You'll want at least an hour here - to swim in the refreshing pools, climb around the rocks, and just soak in the natural beauty.
This is exactly why you shouldn't judge places by online images alone. What looked mediocre on a screen turned out to be an absolute gem in reality. If you're in Chumpon, don't make my mistake - trust that this waterfall is worth the trip. Just bring good shoes for the rocks and be ready to be amazed by how much better it looks in person.

#Nature attractions
Tharn Thip Waterfall is another tourist attraction located in Khao Kho, Phetchabun Province. It is one of the places where you have to stop your car to go down and walk to see the beauty of nature.
At Tharn Thip Waterfall, there are 7 nature study stations. When we went, we didn't walk through all the stations because the bridge to the other side was damaged and hadn't been repaired yet. So we only walked to one side.
For us, walking to see the waterfall inside wasn't far. We walked and talked with friends. In a moment, we reached the waterfall viewpoint. The waterfall is quite big. The water flows in two directions. You can't go down to play at Tharn Thip Waterfall because the water is very deep. You should be very careful.
We saw a lot of people visiting. Some people brought mats to sit and relax at various points.
