From there you can see the old baths with their round domes, the fortress on the hill, and the modern bridge all at once. The streets go up and down a lot, so you'll suddenly get great views between buildings. I like how the area feels different throughout the day. In the morning it's quiet with just a few people opening shops. By afternoon there might be someone playing music in a courtyard. Evenings are especially pretty when the sun hits the old buildings. The narrow, cobblestone streets wind their way up the hillside, where you’ll find beautiful old houses with intricate balconies and colorful facades. The area is rich in history, and you can really feel the mix of cultures here—there’s a blend of Georgian, Russian, Persian, and Ottoman influences in the architecture, food, and traditions.
