For this cup of peanut latte, I am willing to fly to Jeju Island again
오름 means "parasitic volcanic hill" in Korean, and orrrn Café takes this as inspiration. The exterior of the building is made of bare concrete, and through asymmetrical lines and multi-angle stacking, it presents a unique shape like a volcanic hill. When you walk into the room, the entire floor-to-ceiling window faces the sea view, which is extremely beautiful. You can order a cup of coffee and dessert and just stare at the beach or chat. It makes people reluctant to leave.
I originally came here for the architecture, but I didn’t expect to be completely attracted by the coffee and desserts here! I especially recommend their peanut latte, which is really delicious. The dense peanut cream is spread on the top, with cookie crumbs and peanuts, which is rich and smooth (secret tip: don’t stir it, just drink it directly for the best taste~)
All in all, this restaurant is really worth putting on your Jeju itinerary, and you won’t regret it even if you make a special detour to visit here!
