One Harbour Road is located in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of Victoria Harbour. The lighting is excellent😌 (although the construction site is a bit of an eyesore😅) The restaurant has 2 floors, with classical and elegant decoration and an artificial pool, which is unique🤩 It was lunch time on a weekday, and the occupancy rate was 90%. The staff arranged a window seat for us 👍🏻 Many Chinese restaurants serve 3-4 dim sum items on a plate, but the staff told us that some dim sum can be reduced to 2 items, so that we can try more varieties, which is very considerate! 💕 🤎Whole abalone and chicken crisps The abalone is soft and chewy, the puff pastry is fluffy, and the chicken and sauce underneath are very flavorful, with rich layers of flavor. Grand Hyatt Chinese Cuisine Harbor One has participated in the Wine and Dine 2022 "Hong Kong Wine and Food Tour 2022" Master's Distribution 2.0". The taste of pleasure is their special set. The service in a high-end restaurant is excellent and the food is served at just the right speed! There are many types of food, and the dishes recommended by the chef are indeed delicious. Without hesitation, I booked a table to try this Michelin Guide 2025 recommended spot. For this occasion, they have curated a special Chef Masters Menu in collaboration with DiningCity's event. The menu feels grand and luxurious, raising our expectations for the meal.
