It’s not the Erhai Shenzhen New Wetland Park, the boardwalk by the lake is amazing.
It's not Erhai Shenzhen New Wetland Park, the lakeside boardwalk is good
Absolutely!
When talking about the great parks in Shenzhen recently, Jiuwei Wetland must be mentioned.
garden. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, there are winding cedar forest paths, lovely bird-watching pavilions, and a huge field of bird of paradise flowers. It's a great place for a walk and taking photos! !
Currently, the park has about 3.84 kilometers of open roads, and it takes about 1 hour to walk one way. It took me two and a half hours to walk and take pictures, and the overall difficulty was zero.
P.S. The park’s greenway is part of the Kunpeng Trail (Section 2). Those with good stamina can exit the park from the Hezhou entrance and continue on their way.
Check-in point is here
√Sugar forest plank road. All of them are built on the water, with fir trees on both sides of the plank road. Sitting by the lake, enjoying the breeze and the scenery is really chill ~ as if you have arrived at Erhai Lake.
√ Bird of Paradise flower arrangement. Located not far from the plank road, the 500-meter-long greenway is lined with birds of paradise, which flower lovers should not miss.
√Bird watching cabin. Located inside Jiuwei Lake, the bird-watching hole on the front of the wooden house looks like the Chinese character "囧", which is very interesting. (The road leading to the bird watching pavilion is currently not open)

Tips for playing:
You must come on a sunny day, as the lake will look even more blue under the reflection of the blue sky. The park is not fully open yet, so please do not climb over the fences when visiting. There are no convenience stores or restrooms in the open sections of the park, so you can bring your own snacks. Fishing, swimming, sleeping outdoors, pets, and bicycles are prohibited in the park. There is a long gravel road in the park, so it is recommended to wear comfortable flat shoes when visiting the park.
The park has not yet installed street lights, so it is not recommended to come too late as you cannot see the road clearly.
The park also has a children's playground, a terraced flower sea, and a spiritual harbor. It is expected to be more fun after opening (I asked the park staff and they said that they will all be open in a while, so you can look forward to it)
