The equipment in the room is all there, there is an iron with a place for an ironing board. There is an LCD TV, the toilet is also beautiful, it has a bath tub and is clean. The Palm Garden Hotel, Putrajaya a tribute portfolio hotel is well known as a strategic and cozy place. Unfortunetly, i have a bad experience during this trip. Here i listed what are the worst part of my experience: 1. Lift - all lift can not be used except 1 lift to serve all. This is really worst i ever seen. 2. Cleanliness - There is no workers to clean all the dry leaves. 3. Maintenance - i got very smelly room, the floor is peel off. 4. Parking - the parking area is big and a bit far. The hotel got the buggy (small electric car) but it can not be use. I need to bring all my stuff about 100m with my kids. This is i can not accept. Worst ever! I dont know why peoples stayed in this hotel can accept this. Even they give a reason but the problem is they are not give us the service. So what should we pay almost 500 RM if the service is like below 100RM hotel. The pool can not be used, u should tell us during check in. #palmgardenhotel
