Once you arrive at ParkRoyal Suites BKK, you will feel very welcome by their staff. You can rest in the lobby and a staff will handle your check in process. The lobby is nicely decorated and with plenty of seatings around. There is also a tour desk and you can book day tour or airport transfer with them.
