It was a great way to fly on Singapore Airlines business class for my 2 boys and they certainly loved the attention from the cabin crew onboard. Kudos to the crew for taking care of the kids so well and being so accomodating.
The aircraft used from Perth to Singapore was a Boeing 350. We loved how spacious the business class seats were. The seat could fit my 2 boys, even though they had their own seat each. Bose headsets were given to them and it was a perfect fit. There were lots of kids friendly meal options onboard too, otherwise children's meal could be requested prior to departure.
We had the privilege to use the airport's business class lounge at Perth and food was decent. Somehow the western food was better than the Asian ones but glad the kids still enjoyed their food. #tripblazers #summervacation #mytripvlog #urbanexplorer #passionpassport #awesomepic

Samo. Samo. Arrived in Perth Airport from Bali at 5 a.m. Went to get oz$ from 3 ATMs. No joy.
Hmm. 3 different oz bank debit cards. My money. No dollars. No paddle. Managed to find travellers going to Bali and swapped 200,000 Indonesian Rupiahs for AUD20. Whew!! Now I can buy a train ticket. First train at 7 a.m. Lifts to SkyBridge walkway to Rail Station not operating until then either. Hmm. Found only 1 store open for me to buy a breakfast snack while I waited 1.5 hours for everything to catch up with the 21st century at Perth International Airport.

Singapore Airlines Business Class Experience Sharing: Comfortable and Luxurious Air Journey
#2024 Travel Review
After visiting the Singapore Airlines Lounge in Perth, continue to enjoy the ultra-comfortable experience of Singapore Airlines Business Class. The seats can lie flat 180 degrees, long flights do not feel tired at all, high privacy, spacious space, simply the air hotel!
This time we also used Book the Cook to pre-order meals, there is a lot of choice. I ordered my own Australian Wagyu steak, but it was overcooked and tasted overcooked, so I don’t recommend it. If you like steak, it’s recommended to consider other options. As for the seafood congee my partner chose, it was well worth a try! Especially on night or early morning flights, the hot and fresh congee is very warm and makes people feel super good after eating!
Overall, the SIA Business Class experience was a journey of luxury, with top-notch enjoyment in terms of comfort, service and food (apart from the wagyu beef). Looking forward to another chance to fly in business class on Singapore Airlines and try other Book the Cook specialties!
#2024 Travel Review
I recently visited Singapore Airlines’ Perth Lounge and was thoroughly amazed by the design and service in this space! I heard that the lounge has been renovated in recent years and has a super beautiful setting, full of modernity and elegance, making it an ideal space to relax and enjoy.
The food selection is very diverse, and each dish is exquisite and delicious, with not only Asian-inspired snacks, but also Western cuisine. Of course, what impressed me the most was the champagne service and being able to enjoy ice-cold champagne on the spot, which really added a bit of luxury to the trip.
Overall, the Singapore Airlines Perth lounge was truly remarkable, both the environment, service and food and beverages were excellent and gave me the perfect start to my journey! Will definitely come back here to enjoy next time I pass through Perth!

The only spot in T3 Perth Airport to wait out a flight
I also got to check off this one ! 🍀
The only Lounge in Perth Airport T3 was not too bad to wait out a flight despite it being a little crowded than preferred. Seatings were rare to come by but we snagged one in the alfresco area eventually. ✌🏻
Food had a healthy-ish theme to it with its otherwise regular breakfast nosh, including a live station serving up a delicious egg, bacon on toast 🍳#
Drinks saw the usually wines, beers and again, no champagne though there’s a manned bar offering barista coffee alongside selected spirits. For the healthy peeps, there were kombucha and infused water for hydration 💦
A thoughtful addition to the lounge is a refresh area where cleansing water, hydration gel and cream are provided to freshen up before the flight ✅
Compared to the basic amenities elsewhere in T3, this is definitely where I’d want to be next time if I ever come back again 😎

Tips from Perth International Airport to city
#winhkflight
Getting between Perth International Airport and the city center is relatively easy and convenient.
Airport Shuttle: Perth Airport offers several shuttle bus services that operate between the airport and various locations in the city center. These shuttle services are a convenient option for travelers who prefer a direct transfer without the hassle of navigating public transportation.
Taxi or Ride-Share: Taxis and ride-share services such as Uber and Ola are readily available at Perth Airport. You can easily book a taxi or ride-share vehicle upon arrival at the airport, and the journey to the city center typically takes around 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
Transperth Bus: Transperth, Perth's public transportation system, operates several bus routes that connect the airport to the city center. Bus route 380 runs between T1/T2 precincts and Elizabeth Quay Bus Station in the city center, while bus route 40 runs between T3/T4 precincts and Elizabeth Quay Bus Station. Be sure to check the schedule and route maps in advance.
Airport Train: Perth Airport is also served by the Transperth Airport Train, which provides a quick and efficient connection between the airport and the city center. The Airport Train departs from both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, with stops at several stations in the city center, including Perth Underground, Elizabeth Quay, and Perth Station. The journey to the city center takes approximately 20-25 minutes.
Car Rental: If you prefer the flexibility of having your own transportation, you can opt to rent a car from one of the car rental companies located at the airport. This option allows you to explore Perth and its surrounding areas at your own pace.

[Perth, Australia] Airport Access Railway🚇
Until now, the only way to travel between Perth Airport and the city center was by bus, which was inconvenient, but in October 2022, a new train line finally opened 🎉
If you go to the right from the arrival gate at Perth Airport T1, you will see a board with the next train timetable, so go outside and take the elevator marked "TRAIN" up, then just keep going along the moving walkway!
The new, clean and simple Airport Central station ✨
(Please note that T3 and T4 are separate stations)
The general fare from the airport to Perth Station is AUD5.
If you use the Smartrider transportation IC card, it is AUD4.5.
When purchasing a general ticket from the ticket machine, you can use both cash and cards, so there is no need to exchange money at the airport ☝️
Points to note when getting on and off:
- You cannot use the ticket gates for general tickets, so you have to go through a manned counter.
- The train doors do not open automatically, so press the button on the side when getting on and off.
That's about it ⚠️
However, since the trains do not operate during the late night hours, it is convenient to use a ride-sharing app 🚘
In Perth, there are Uber, Didi, and OLA.
If you go outside the T1 arrival gate and go left, you will find a ride-sharing stand where you can wait for your car 🙋♂️
This time, it cost about AUD30 for about 15km using Uber at around 3am, so just for reference 📝
(The car arrived about 5 minutes after the request)

[Perth, Australia] ASPIRE LOUNGE☕️
[May 2023, 3 nights and 5 days in Perth 🇦🇺]
Shared lounge at Perth Airport ☕️
There are a total of four lounges in Terminal 1.
Three of them are the lounges of Singapore Airlines, Emirates Airlines, and Air New Zealand.
The remaining one is the ASPIRE LOUNGE that I used this time ✨
I entered as a Oneworld elite member when using Malaysia Airlines, but Priority Pass is also eligible here◎
*Go up from the back of Gate 53.
This lounge has a very limited and limited number of meals, but
the interior layout is very nice and I really liked it 🙆♂️
Various seats are available according to demand,
and the atmosphere varies depending on the location.
The observation room overlooking the runway was particularly impressive,
and it was a great spot for airplane lovers! Cheers to the amazing view that even covers the buildings in central Perth 🥂
Captain Quokka 🧑✈️ will also be there, so be sure to take a commemorative photo 😁
All drinks, including soft drinks, are ordered at the bar counter 🫢
There is no menu, so it's hard to know what to order, but you can enjoy your favorite drink while enjoying the communication 👍

[Perth, Australia] Perth International Airport ✈️
Perth is the fourth most populous city in Australia.
This airport is the gateway to Western Australia 🖐️
Perth International Airport consists of four terminals, T1 to T4, and major international flights except Qantas and Virgin Australia domestic flights use T1.
Some domestic flights use T2, and T3 and T4 are exclusively for Qantas international and domestic flights and Jetstar domestic flights, so unless you are using Qantas, most people will probably depart and arrive at T1 ☝️
The interior is two stories and has a simple and clean impression.
The arrival floor and check-in floor are located on the same floor, so it's easy to find.
The atmosphere is reminiscent of Scandinavia and Canada, and it's clean and nice ✨
I was surprised to see that there was Japanese writing!
Because of the compact design, there aren't many restaurants and souvenir shops, but the bare minimum is there.
The last three photos were taken upon arrival 📷
These are the pictures I took when I arrived in Australia! It lifts your spirits 🇦🇺
ANA's Perth route, which has been suspended since its launch, is likely to resume this winter, so the number of Japanese people visiting this time will likely increase 😉
However, we do not recommend exchanging money at the airport.
Also, when I tried to do it at an ATM, the fee was displayed as AUD5.
(Westpac ATMs in the city have no bank fee)
You can use credit cards at the airport train ticket machines and ride-sharing services such as Uber, so leaving the airport without cash is also an option 📝
⚠️⚠️⚠️
T1 and T2, and T3 and T4 are adjacent to each other, but T1/2 and T3/4 are located on opposite sides of the runway, so you cannot walk there.
When considering a transfer across terminals, please be careful to check the departure and arrival terminals!
