The "Lisboa Sunny" Chinese restaurant in Macau is located on the 2nd floor, East Wing, Hotel Lisboa, No. 2-4, Lisboa Road, Nam Van, Macau. As a long-established Cantonese restaurant in Macau, its history is closely linked to the Hotel Lisboa itself, and it has a history of more than 45 years. The restaurant is famous for its traditional Cantonese dim sum and is a classic choice for many diners.
The restaurant's waiters were polite and friendly, and they enjoyed chatting with old customers. The restaurant charges a 10% service charge and tea is 16 yuan, but considering its high-quality service and elegant environment, this fee is worth it.

The interior decoration of the restaurant is relatively traditional, yet luxurious, and the dining atmosphere is noble and comfortable. We had tea this time and ordered several traditional dim sum:
1. Braised chicken feet with abalone sauce and peanuts: The chicken feet have been carefully processed and have a soft and glutinous texture, perfectly blending with the rich abalone sauce and soaked peanuts. Every bite is full of fragrant, juicy and satisfying satisfaction.
2. Vegetarian Bamboo Fungus Roll: The bamboo fungus roll is filled with vegetarian meat, which has a crispy texture and is delicious when paired with a special sauce.
3. Watercress and dace meat balls in soup: Made with fresh and tender watercress and delicious dace meat. The fish balls are pounded to give them a chewy texture that goes well with the fresh taste of watercress. The addition of broth enhances the deliciousness of the whole dish.
4. Pan-fried Pearl Glutinous Rice Chicken with XO Sauce: The Pearl Glutinous Rice Chicken is pan-fried with a crispy skin and soft inside. It is paired with a special XO sauce for a unique taste.
The average cost of tea is around MOP 130 per person. Tea and dim sum are only available for morning tea and lunch, and the evening session starts at 6:30. If you are a Cantonese dim sum lover, then Lisboa Rili is worth a try.
