Recommended accommodation for solo women traveling in Tokyo
Nowadays, more and more girls are traveling alone, and Tokyo, Japan can be said to be a popular destination. However, many girls are still not used to staying in hotel rooms alone, or they are afraid of the feeling of being alone in the middle of the night. Although staying in a multi-person room in a youth hostel can solve this problem, the privacy and comfort are relatively low.
RESOL POSHTEL TOKYO ASAKUSA (リソルポシュテル東京浅草) located in Asakusa is a capsule hotel concept youth hostel. The difference is that the beds here are not cramped at all. They are normal-sized single beds with space beside the bed for items, and there is enough space under the bed for a normal-sized suitcase, which can be locked. New towels, toothbrushes and slippers are provided every day. A multi-person room can accommodate anywhere from a few to more than ten people, and everyone has their own space with enough privacy. People in the same room can almost never bump into each other, but they still know that there are other people in the room with them.
The fourth floor is reserved for girls, with a public space for working (Figures 1 to 4). In addition to the shower room, there is also a dressing room (Figures 5 to 7) which is fully equipped with DHC skin care products, combs, hair dryers, and even hair curlers. There is also enough space for girls to sit down and slowly do their hair.
This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. I especially recommend that girls book the girls' floor so that they can enjoy the female-only facilities.
