It is a modern design restaurant with an open kitchen area in Ferrari red tones. It serves steaks and Western-style food. The preparation is carefully controlled by a team of skilled chefs. Each ingredient uses quality ingredients. Most importantly, I must say that the view here is very beautiful. Especially when the sky changes color, it is a very romantic atmosphere. From the moment we stepped into The Rib Room and Bar, it was clear that this was no ordinary dining establishment. The posh, elegantly decorated interior exudes sophistication, creating an awesome atmosphere that perfectly balances luxury and comfort. Adding to the experience, the breathtaking views from the restaurant—whether overlooking the glittering city skyline or the vibrant streets below—made the evening even more magical. The service was top-notch, with special recognition due to Miss Subheksha, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of spectacular. Her attentiveness, warm hospitality, and genuine care elevated the entire evening. Not only did she guide us through the menu with expertise, but she also prepared a delicious tableside sauce with remarkable skill and passion, a true testament to her dedication. A shoutout to the bartender as well with her dedication to prepare something outside the menu. The culinary show was another highlight—watching the Caesar salad and steak prepared beside our table added a theatrical yet personal touch to the meal. The food itself was exceptional, with premium ingredients and expertly crafted flavors that delighted the palate. A heartfelt thank you to Miss Subheksha and the entire team for their outstanding service.
