Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It was comfortable, clean and the service was very good. It is not easy to find a staff member who can communicate well in Japan. Ms Thapa Kalpana speaks fluent English, is professional and patient, and helped me solve many problems. There is also Ms Aki Tomori who handles things carefully and patiently. I appreciate it very much.
