[2025 Langkawi Hotels] Travel Guide for Royale Chenang Resort (Updated Jul)

I recently stayed at a resort and found it to be comfortable and worth the cost. The hotel staff were very helpful throughout my stay. The staff was able to help us to check in early and we were able to get a room on the ground floor which was very helpful. The stay was very pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and I liked the touch of the hair dryer being detached, so I could plug it in to where ever I sat. The fridge in the room was a good size. The swimming pool was fine to cool off in as a dip, but not deep enough to swim in. Good location very near to Pantai Cenang. All in all there overall service was exceptional and we had a brilliant stay. A very reasonable price, interesting hotel with an English cottage concept. A very minimalist room, clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and provide the best service. swimming pool suitable for children. a very tasty breakfast ready for delivery at the door of the room. It is located in a convenient area along Pantai Tengah & not too overwhelming like Pantai Chenang. Their staff ate very friendly. You’re able to check out late if the room you’re staying don’t have any incoming guest. Rooms were very cozy with dimmed lights. The bathroon is clean and equipped with strong shower which is really comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, just that it’s ala carte, so you need to order in the morning. This simple, eco-friendly resort boasts beautifully decorated rooms that look just like the photos. Clean rooms and good WiFi are a plus, as is the friendly service from the receptionist. The buffet breakfast is not extensive but offers the basics including cooked eggs - omelettes, fried and scrambled. Curries, roti, spring rolls, samosas, etc cereals, toast, fresh fruit, juice, tea and coffee. The location is fantastic, though, making it a great choice for travelers. #langkawihotel

#langkawihotel I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and had a pleasant scent upon entering. It’s also Muslim-friendly, which I truly appreciated. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, cooling the room quickly. I also noticed that the toilet had been freshly painted, which added to the overall cleanliness. For future improvement, I would suggest adding a light near the makeup table and installing proper air ventilation in the bathroom. Overall, I’m super happy with my stay — excellent value for money, and I will definitely be coming back!

The staff was amazing! They were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was simple with some local choices, cereal, toast and you can get an omelette made. There's a beach 10 mins walking distance away, a few restaurants and a mini market but you'll have to walk a bit to get to Cenang which is fine cause if you're looking to stay near Cenang beach but not so close to all the noise then this is the place for you.
