Macau: A 2-day trip to enjoy a variety of things
📍Trip Overview
A 2-day, 1-night trip to Macau😊
🚩Route
There are direct flights to Macau from Narita, Kansai, and Fukuoka, but there are hardly any sales, and I wanted to make the most of my limited vacation, so I first took an early morning flight with Hong Kong Express to Hong Kong.
When I arrived at Hong Kong International Airport, I didn't leave the country, but instead got on a bus to Macau and entered Macau.
After arriving at Hong Kong International Airport, just follow the signs for Macau and you won't get lost!
The bus counter will take your checked baggage to the bus stop for Macau.
🏖️Photogenic spots
In addition to the Ruins of St. Paul's and Senado Square, which are World Heritage Sites, I also recommend looking around at the hotel with a casino that has more sales than Vegas!
I was amazed to see such a magnificent building in the world!
Even if you don't play casinos, you can go there, so please do go 😃 (You must show your passport)
Recommended hotels are "MGM" and "Venetian"
🎪Entertainment
Compared to Vegas, Macau only had one show, "Dancing Water," which was disappointing, but the newly opened "Macau 2049" is highly recommended!
It combines traditional Chinese arts and the latest technology, so you can enjoy it even without knowledge!
🚇Transportation
If you purchase a Macau Pass, which can be purchased at convenience stores, you can ride buses and trains with a touch.
Buying a Macau Pass is half the price!
There are many buses and routes, so it's recommended for transportation!
📷Recommended shooting locations
-Look up from the middle of the stairs at the Ruins of St. Paul's
-Buy the famous egg tarts and take a photo in a back alley to get a feel of Asia anywhere
-The entrances of hotels in Taipa, such as the Venetian Hotel and MGM Hotel, are luxurious and photogenic everywhere!
🍜 Exquisite Food
The Chen Guangji Restaurant behind the Grand Lisboa is open until late at night, so it's perfect for a late dinner!
The restaurant's specialty, the black pepper roast, is rich and delicious, and if you like alcohol, you'll be happy if you eat it with Tsingtao beer.
🏠 Recommended Accommodation
If you have money, you can't go wrong staying at a foreign hotel in Taipa, but if you want to save money, I recommend the area around the Ruins of St. Paul's, where you can walk around the World Heritage Sites.
💡 Notes
The bus is cheap and convenient, but there are so many bus routes that it's a good idea to check in advance which bus is which on Google Maps to avoid wasting time.
